Non-Governmental Organization's Vision is to create a democratic, tolerant and where human rights are respected.
YAHR's mission is promotion, protection and identification of human rights violations mainly through youth activities.

PROGRAMS:
ADVOCACY PROGRAM
The goal of the program is to strengthen public influence on the decision-making process.  Furthermore, this program contributes to increasing the channels of communication between the government and the public.  The program also observes expenditure of the municipal budget and management of public contracts, thus promoting efficiency.

PROGRAMI PËR TRANSPARENCË DHE LLOGARIDHËNIE

Ky program përcjell punën e institucioneve vendimmarrëse në nivel lokal, sikurse Kuvendi Komunal , interesat dhe brengat e qytetarëve përfaqësohen dhe gjejnë vëmendjen dhe energjinë e duhur, të zyrtarëve të zgjedhur për zgjidhjen e problemeve. Më tutje qëllimet e këtij programi gjithashtu përfshijnë: monitorimi i punës së institucioneve, mbështetja e transparencës dhe llogaridhënies, promovimi i së drejtës për të qenë i informuar dhe luftimi i korrupsionit
MONITORING PROGRAM
The goal of the program is to monitor the work of decision-making authorities at the local and central level in order to ensure that laws are being applied and that citizens’ concerns are brought to the attention of the government.  Furthermore, this program aims to promote the rights of citizens to access official documents and fight corruption.


PROGRAMI PËR AVOKIM

Ky program ka për qëllim; fuqizimin e ndikimit të qytetarëve në procesin vendimmarrës dhe politikëbërës. Përmirësimi i marrëdhënieve ndërmjet qeverisë dhe publiku, mbështetja e përgjegjësisë civile, promovimi i menaxhimit të mirë financiar të fondeve publike janë disa nga qëllimet e tjera të këtij programi.
